Bronchoscopy / BAL / Endobronchial & Transbronchial Biopsy

Dr. Shah performs bronchoscopy — a procedure using a thin, flexible tube with a camera to visualize the airways. It allows diagnosis of lung conditions through direct visualization, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), and tissue biopsies.
Endobronchial biopsies and transbronchial biopsies are used to diagnose infections, malignancies, sarcoidosis, and interstitial lung diseases.
